Caravansarai Guesthouse

We invite you to the Caravansarai guesthouse in the village of Basshi, with its cozy, minimalist interior for the best possible stay. The house is heated and, thanks to its special walls, stays cool in hot weather.

The house accommodates up to 14 people. It has only two separate bedrooms (one for two and one for three), so if these rooms are rented out, we do not accommodate guests in the walk-through rooms for comfort and privacy. Walk-through rooms are only used when renting the entire guesthouse.

The house has only one combined bathroom (toilet and shower). New, spacious, and very comfortable bathrooms are located in the courtyard, just a few meters from the house.

The house has a kitchen for cooking, a dining room, and a summer terrace.

We provide bedding, towels, dishes, and kitchen utensils.

You can park in the courtyard; you will not have to carry your luggage far.

The house has two private bedrooms with two and three single beds, and a large and small walk-through room with seven single beds and one bunk bed.

The doors to the private bedrooms are locked. For comfort and privacy, we do not accommodate guests in the walk-through rooms when the private rooms are rented out. The walk-through rooms are only used when renting the entire guesthouse (up to 14 guests).

One shared bathroom inside the house: toilet, sink, shower stall, washing machine, liquid soap, wipes, toilet paper, hanger, and hair dryer.

Shared bathrooms in the courtyard:

2 men's and 2 women's restrooms. Toilets, urinals, hygienic showers, sinks, liquid soap, wipes, and toilet paper.

4 shower rooms. Hot water, heated floors, hangers, large mirrors, Grohe sanitary ware, and hair dryers.

Outdoor lighting.

Fully equipped kitchen in the house and summer kitchen outside: gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink, kitchen cabinets, dishes.

Shared dining area: dining room in the house and summer terrace.

The authentic Russian wood-fired sauna is a great way to unwind after a long journey (KZT 16,000/2 hours). Capacity: 2 adults.

You can cook your own food or pre-order from the menu (we have a cook). We offer European breakfasts, national dishes, vegetarian food, a variety of drinks, freshly brewed coffee, homemade bread, fresh pastries, fruits, vegetables and herbs from our own garden, lunch boxes for the trip to the park.

Guests can rent a gas grill (KZT 6,000-10,000/3 hours). Please bring meat and BBQ charcoal from the city. BBQ charcoal is available at gas stations.

There is a place for a fire pit and barbecue, an orchard, outdoor lighting, and outdoor furniture (tables and chairs).

The campsite accepts many guests from all over the world, they usually gather for breakfast and dinner on the terrace or in the dining room, but the campsite provides enough space for privacy. You can sit at separate tables in the garden.

Free parking. You can park in the yard, there is no need to carry your luggage too far.

We offer tours to the Altyn-Emel National Park and excursions in the surrounding area.
