Welcome to the Caravansarai Guesthouse in Basshi village:

• Capacity: Up to 14 guests.
• Private Bedrooms: 2 lockable bedrooms (sleeping 2 and 3 guests). If these are booked, we do not place other guests in the common areas.
• Entire House Rental: For larger groups, two common room areas are available (7 single beds and 1 bunk bed).
• Interior: A cozy, minimalist design.
• Climate: Naturally cool in summer (no AC needed) and well-heated during the winter months.

Facilities & Amenities:

• In-house: One ensuite bathroom.
• On-site (a modern and fully equipped restroom facility located just a few meters from the accommodation area): 2 women’s and 2 men’s toilets, and 4 separate, spacious shower rooms.

Dining:

• Kitchen: Fully equipped indoor kitchen and an outdoor summer kitchen for self-catering. All necessary cookware and tableware are provided.
• Pre-ordered Meals: Traditional and European dishes, including set breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
• Fresh & Homemade: Homemade bread, fresh pastries, and freshly brewed coffee. Our herbs, vegetables, fruit compotes, jams, and juices are all sourced directly from our own garden and orchard.
• Dietary requests: Vegetarian options and custom dishes are available upon request.
• BBQ Zone: A campfire area where you can use your own grill or rent a charcoal grill or a gas grill from us (KZT 6,000–12,000). Complimentary firewood is provided subject to availability.

Relaxation & Services:

• Russian Banya: A traditional wood-fired sauna for two (16,000 KZT / 2 hours).
• Telescope Stargazing: Viewing of the Moon and planets (15,000 KZT / 1 hour).
• Ethno Photoshoot: Photo sessions in traditional Kazakh attire inside an authentic yurt (price upon request).
• In-Car Guide Services: Competent guiding services (Rus/Eng) for travel risk mitigation and custom tours (price upon request).
• Property Grounds: An orchard, a terrace for socializing with travelers from around the world, and outdoor tables.
• Extras: Bed linen and towels included. Secure parking is available directly at your accommodation.

Booking Options & Guest Capacity (up to 14 guests):

• By the room: Only two private (separate) rooms are available for booking (for 2 and 3 guests). The walk-through rooms are not rented out and remain open for transit, but no other guests will be booked there. The bathroom, kitchen, and dining area are shared between the guests of both rooms.
• Entire house: For groups of 4 to 14 guests. You will have full access to all 4 rooms (2 private and 2 walk-through), as well as exclusive use of the bathroom, kitchen, and dining area — strictly with no other guests on site.

Meals:

• Set Breakfast (main course, homemade bread, tea, sweets): KZT 3,500 per person.
• Set Lunch (main course, salad, homemade bread, tea, sweets): KZT 4,500 per person.
• Set Dinner (main course, salad, homemade bread, tea, sweets): KZT 5,500 per person.
• Vegetarian options available upon request.
• +10% service charge.
