Kazakh Yurt at the Caravansarai Campsite

Deepen your impressions of your trip to Altyn-Emel by staying overnight in a Kazakh national yurt, located in the Caravansarai campsite in the village of Basshi.

The special sensations of living in a yurt will be enhanced by the surrounding atmosphere of a Kazakh village, with its air and wind, the sounds of domestic and wild animals. At the same time, the campsite is quiet and secluded, with all modern amenities.

The yurt accommodates up to 6 people and is rented out as a whole.

The yurt has a wooden floor and frame, felt covering made of natural wool, and decoration. This creates a unique atmosphere inside. The top of the yurt (shanyrak) opens, and at night you can see the starry sky.

Guests usually sleep on woolen carpets on the floor, but if desired, we can put portable beds. We provide all bedding.

There is a heater, for cool or damp weather. In hot weather, at night, the yurt does not hold the daytime heat and cools down to the ambient temperature.

Traditionally, the bathroom and toilet are not located in a yurt. Guests can use shared bathroom facilities in a separate building on the campsite territory.

• 4 shower rooms. Hot water, heated floors, hangers, large mirrors, Grohe sanitary ware.

On the territory of the Caravansarai campsite there is a large terrace - an outdoor dining area, as well as a common dining room in the guesthouse.

Near the yurt itself there is an outdoor table and chairs.

All campsite guests can cook their own food. There is an equipped kitchen in the guesthouse and a summer kitchen with a stove and a cauldron.

At the Caravansarai campsite, guests can cook their own food or pre-order from the menu.

There is a small store on the campsite that sells basic food products. If you need special food or drinks, we recommend to bring them from the city.

At the Caravansarai campsite, guests can make outdoor barbecues. Please bring barbecue meat with you from the city. You can use your own barbecue equipment or rent at the campsite.
