Feel the nomadic spirit in traditional Kazakh yurts in Basshi village:
- Authenticity: A yurt is a round nomadic dwelling with a high dome and colorful traditional decor, featuring vibrant wall panels, rugs, and cozy, soft mattresses (your choice of single or double mattresses). Following tradition, yurts have thin walls, allowing you to hear the natural sounds of a Kazakh aul (village). For maximum comfort, we recommend bringing earplugs.
- Climate: The yurts are heated during cooler periods and are well-ventilated. Electric fans are provided in every yurt for hot weather. Cooling occurs naturally: in the summer, we use lightweight covers, and during the day, we open the top dome (shanyrak) and doors for cross-ventilation. While it can get hot inside during the midday heat, the temperature drops by evening and night, creating a cool and comfortable environment for sleep.
- Electricity: Every yurt is equipped with electricity and power outlets, so you can easily charge your phones and other gadgets.
